Antranig Garibian is the founder of Garibian Law Offices, P.C., which he established in 2015 with a singular mission: to aggressively protect his clients’ interests and deliver results. He maintains an active litigation practice across state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York, representing clients in complex commercial, construction, and insurance-related matters

Mr. Garibian is a trial lawyer who is fully prepared to take cases the distance. He has taken matters through trial and approaches every case with that mindset—from the earliest stages of strategy through motion practice, discovery, and courtroom advocacy. His clients benefit from a style that is meticulous, driven, and relentlessly focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Garibian regularly advises businesses and individuals on transactional matters, including the drafting and negotiation of operating agreements, contracts, and other key documents. He works closely with clients to develop practical, forward-looking solutions designed to minimize risk and avoid litigation whenever possible. His approach reflects a broader philosophy: effective legal counsel is not only about winning disputes, but preventing them.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Garibian has represented a broad range of clients, from large publicly traded companies to closely held businesses and individuals. He is known for his ability to cut through complexity, develop clear litigation strategies, and execute with precision and intensity.

Mr. Garibian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He has been recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® (2013 and 2014) and New Jersey Super Lawyers® (2015) as a “Rising Star.”

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Garibian is fluent in Armenian and proficient in Russian and French. He serves in leadership roles within the Armenian Church, including on the Diocesan Council of the Eastern Diocese, and regularly speaks across the country on human rights issues affecting the Middle East.
