After a three day trial in Delaware County, PA, Garibian Law obtained a verdict in favor of client, Citizens Bank, in a foreclosure matter involving a property in Radnor, PA. Antranig Garibian was the lead trial attorney.
The suit was filed after the borrowers stopped making payments in accordance with the terms of the mortgage and note. In response, the borrowers asserted several counterclaims against Citizens Bank. The case went to trial and involved the testimony of bank representatives, Radnor township police officers, and the borrowers themselves.
In its decision, the Court found that Citizens had established that it had standing to bring the action, that the borrowers had defaulted on their obligations and that the none of the defenses or accusations made by the borrowers had merit. Judgment was entered in favor of Citizens Bank.
